I am really happy and proud to be a part of critical medical supplies donated by CTID Professional Association U.S.A. In fact my batch mate Dr. Jeevan Nanayakkara brought the needy stuff and handed over to me.
This small note of appreciation is to pay tribute to the donor team

"This is a true blessing as very poor people come to our Hospital. Their face would drop immediately when we say we don't have this and that and they have to buy from outside"
"I started using the suture material your sent. They were perfect. Needles were appropriate and the suture were very neat as needle was very sharp and suture material appropriate thickness. I did two cuts in two people with deep thumb injuries. Both came out very neat. The suture material was very good. Thank you"

On Thursday 4/14/22 at about 5.00 pm we started off from Austin, Texas and drove to Houston, Texas about 3.5 hours away carrying a very precious cargo in our trunk - 120 Neonatal Endotracheal tubes. We delivered them to the home of a volunteer leaving for Sri Lanka the next morning, to carry in his personal luggage. We returned home close to midnight. A few days later we received a text. - The precious cargo had reached its eventual destination - The Neonatal ICU at Castle Street Hospital for Women, Sri Lanka.

Establishing a Charity Organization to serve patients and especially children and older people who are in need of medical supplies which are scarce due prevailing political chaos , is a very blessed idea and a meritorious deed.
I had to visit Sri Lanka during this most crucial period because of my mother who needed care and attention during her last stage of life. I also took medical supplies requested by my sister Dr. Sasini Malaviarachchi at Battaramulla Koswatta Government Hospital and some destined for Base Hospital Mahiyanganaya. I am really blessed to be a part of this meritorious deed and wish to remain a silent supporter in need in future as well .

I was happy to contribute to the project. Rest assured the much needed Medical Supplies are collected and delivered through proper channels to carefully selected Hospitals in dire need of these essential items due to the ongoing political and financial crisis. I urge our fellow Sri Lankans and all humanitarian groups to contribute to this great cause to help save a Life!!
-Sharmila Samarakoon-
I met a One Human Aid volunteer at a graduation celebration and she shared with me the dire need for medical supplies in Sri-Lanka. I simply could not believe hospitals had run out of even basic supplies and hence the suffering patients are going through. On the spot a placed an order from a list of items. I highly encourage you to donate to this great cause.

I think we did a great deed and these critical supplies will go to the deserved patients in rural Sri-Lanka
Dr. Jeevan Nanayakkara (carried medical supplies for Provincial General Hospital Badulla)
I made another trip to ensure that the hospital got what we paid for.
I was also privileged to help a very senior hospital employee whose 22 year old son had met with a serious accident and couldn’t find a specific neck brace and some urgently needed medicines: So I took it upon myself to go from pharmacy to pharmacy to find this brace which even the hospital couldn’t find. Managed to get the only piece and hand it over to her along with the medicines as he had a blood clot. She was so very grateful and moved by the gesture and started sobbing uncontrollably. Felt humbled. Nothing would’ve been possible if not for you all.
Thank you blessing those in need when a nation has forgotten them.
